Fourth Licensing Round Focuses On Western Exploration Prospects

Iraq has announced details on its planned fourth oil and gas licensing round. The round was expected to be held in H211, but has been pushed to January 2012, Iraqi oil minister Abdel Kareem al-Luaibi said on April 25 2011.
