Socar Project On Track For 2014 Completion, In Line With Forecasts

Azerbaijani national oil company (NOC) Socar is pressing ahead with an integrated refinery and petrochemicals plant in Turkey, and will break ground at the site by October 2011, according to company spokesperson Kenan Yavuz.
