Russia-Korea Link Remains Pipedream Amid North-South Tensions

A proposed Russia-North Korea-South Korea gas pipeline is almost certainly on the agenda as a Gazprom delegation visits North Korea. We, however, see virtually no chance of the pipeline being built as it would require close cooperation between the governments of Seoul and Pyongyang.
