Fifth Pipeline Blast Suggests Long-Term Risks To Egypt Gas Supplies

Gunmen have blown up the Arish-Ashkelon gas pipeline, which delivers Egyptian gas to Israel and Jordan, for the fifth time in 2011, a week before the pipeline was due back onstream following repairs to damage caused by the previous explosion on July 4.
