Tehran, New Delhi Agree Last-Minute Oil Payment Mechanism

The long-running crude oil payment dispute between India and Iran appears to have been temporarily resolved, allowing Tehran to receive about US$5bn in unpaid revenues it is owed for crude shipments in 7M11.
