Upstream Regulator Unmoved By Pemex's Latest Chicontepec Plan

Mexico's upstream regulator, Comisión Nacional de Hidrocarburos (CNH), has rejected state-run oil company Pemex's development plan for the Chicontepec oil project, Reuters reported on August 9 2011.
