Shell Gas Contract Objections Point To Troubles For Project Kuwait

Kuwait's challenging upstream business environment has taken another hit. The emirate's oil minister, Mohammad al-Busairi, said on August 18 2011 that a committee has been formed to examine the US$800mn service contract between state-run upstream monopoly Kuwait Oil (KOC) and Royal Dutch Shell that was signed in 2010.
