Investors Eye Direct Stake In Shale Through Listing Of PGNiG's Drilling Arm
November 2011 | Industry NewsBMI View: PGNiG's chief financial officer has said that his company is considering listing its drilling arm, Jaslo, in 2012. We believe the listing is very likely to take place as it would help Poland rapidly monetise its shale gas resources and thus reduce its dependence on Russia. These plans could be further hastened by the uncertain regulatory outlook in Europe - stemming from a lack of clarity with regard to the parameters of European shale-gas.
