Attack On Najmah Facility Further Raises Risks To Oil Installation Security

For the first time since Iraq awarded a string of contracts to foreign firms to help it re-develop its oil fields in 2009, militants have attacked a compound belonging to one of those companies, raising concerns that security risks could imperil Iraq's considerable gains in oil production over the past two years.
