Government Slaps Moratorium On Fraccing In Setback For Chevron

Bulgaria has added its name to the growing list of countries that have banned hydraulic fracturing. The ban, however, is temporary and we think operators, including Chevron, will remain in the country for some time in the hope political and public opposition to the controversial well completion technique subsides.
