Ain Tsila Advances, But More To Be Done

BMI View: The commercial viability of the Ain Tsila gas project will give the Algerian gas sector a much-needed boost, although more discoveries are needed in order to stave off gas reserves depletion, which we forecast to begin in 2015. Production upside will come from conventional fields, but shale gas is really the sector to watch that can be the game changer for Algeria's gas sector over the next decade.
