Production Costs To Remain High

BMI View: A panel of oil and gas experts has emphasised that Norway needs to cut its high production costs - particularly for drilling. Any substantial lowering of these costs - which could only come about from labour and safety policy adjustments - will not happen in the short-term, as Norway's offshore workers are likely to put up fierce resistance to any changes.
