South Korea-Qatar LNG Supply Contract Inked
April 2006 | Contract NewsSouth Korea and Qatar recently inked an energy agreement which should see the Gulf emirate exporting more oil and gas to the Asian country. While agreement details have yet to be made public, South Korea is in the market to secure long-term supply contracts for liquefied natural gas (LNG), in the hopes of LNG imports reaching 4.5mn tonnes per annum (tpa).
