Vietnam Lands Indian Oil Investment Deal

Indian energy player ONGC Videsh Ltd (OVL) inked production sharing contracts for two blocks offshore Vietnam with national oil company PetroVietnam. OVL will operate Blocks 127 and 128 in the Phu Khanh Basin with a 100% stake, pending commercial discovery in which case PetroVietnam has the option of getting a 20% participating profit.
