Pakistan's OGDC is ready for a London listing
August 2006 | Company News AlertPlans are going ahead for the London listing of the Oil and Gas Development Corporation (OGDC) of Pakistan. OGDC, the largest oil exploration and production (E&P) company in the Pakistan oil and gas sector, is currently 95% owned by the Government of Pakistan (GoP) with the remaining 5% listed on the Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE). The GoP intends a strategic sale of a 51% shareholding in the company, along with the transfer of management control.
