COSL Buys Stake in TNK-BP Services Unit
December 2006 | Company News AlertChina Oilfield Services Ltd (COSL), a Hong Kong listed subsidiary of state-owned China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNC) has agreed to purchase a stake - possibly a controlling one - in an unnamed oil services division of TNK-BP , at an anticipated cost of around US$64mn.
