EU Unveils Proposals For New Energy Policy
January 2007 | Industry NewsHigh energy prices, concerns about future energy security and a growing scientific consensus surrounding the fact and causation of climate change have pushed EU energy policy to centre stage in recent years. The European Commission's (EC) latest proposals attempts to clarify goals and justify increase regulations in all areas, and also the development of the internal market.
