Saudi Aramco Unveils US$45bn Investment Plan

Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) plans to spend up to US$45.3bn between 2007 and 2011 in order to boost crude output capacity by a third and refining capacity by around 35%, according to a company official speaking at a conference held by the World Refining Organisation in Abu Dhabi.
