Kuwait Refineries Suffer Power Loss
February 2007 | Industry NewsAll of Kuwait's three refineries temporarily halted operations on February 18 due to a power cut. While the outage had few major implications, the event highlighted existing power problems within Kuwait, where capacity expansion has failed to keep pace with economic growth in recent years.
