Japanese Companies Agree Venezuelan Crude Deal

Japanese companies Marubeni Corporation and Mitsui have signed a deal with Venezuela to obtain crude oil from state-controlled Petróleo de Venezuela (PdVSA) for a 15-year period. This is the first major Japanese import agreement for Latin American crude oil.
