Eni Takes Angola LNG Stake

Italian major Eni 's Angolan unit has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sonangol to purchase a 14% stake in Angola LNG .The MoU, the financial terms of which were not released, follows a strategic deal between the two companies in December 2006.
