Bid Round Delayed Due To Rig Shortage

India's Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has delayed its seventh annual oil and gas exploration bidding round according to the International Herald Tribune (IHT), citing a lack of drilling rigs to meet existing demand. The news highlights ongoing serious blockages in upstream E&P, although it does not directly affect our production forecasts.
