Peru Launches Exploration Licensing Round

Peru's hydrocarbon agency Perupetro is launching a bidding round for 19 hydrocarbon concessions. It is estimated that close to 40 companies, including some of the world's largest companies such as Royal Dutch Shell and China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) have expressed their interest in the round.
