PSC Awarded To Salamander
July 2007 | Contract NewsUK independent Salamander Energy has signed a production sharing contract (PSC) with PetroVietnam for the exploration of the Cuu Long River Delta Block Number One (DBSCL1). The PSC covers 8,300sq km on- and offshore in the southern provinces of Tra Vinh, Soc Trang and Bac Lieu. Salamander will operate the block with a 100% working interest and plans to begin seismic acquisition this year before starting exploration drilling in 2008.
