Japan To Secure LNG Supplies Through FTA With Indonesia
July 2007 | Industry NewsJapanese Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Akira Amari and Indonesian Minister of Trade Mari Pangestu have agreed to sign a free trade agreement (FTA) in August. The countries agreed on its terms in November 2006 and are expecting to finalise the FTA during Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's visit to Indonesia on August 19-21.
