'New Model' For Shtokman

According to a report in the Financial Times Russian state-controlled gas giant Gazprom has softened its approach to international oil company (IOC) participation in the Shtokman gas project in the Barents Sea. This should clear the way for foreign investment, although the project's anticipated production dates remain very ambitious.
