Sakhalin II Will Supply Japan

Sakhalin Energy, the operator of the Sakhalin II oil and gas project, has signed a liquefied natural gas (LNG) export agreement with Japan's Chubu Electric Power. Under the contract, Sakhalin Energy will supply 689.5mn cubic metres (Mcm) per year over a 15 year period starting in April
