Sinopec Resumes Negotiations Over Guangdong Refinery

According to the Financial Times (FT), one of China's largest energy companies China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation (Sinopec) has resumed negotiations with foreign partners Royal Dutch Shell, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, and Dow Chemical to build a refinery in southern Guangdong, near Hong Kong.
