OMEL Acquires Gas Block Offshore T&T
August 2007 | Contract NewsONGC-Mittal Enterprises (OMEL), a joint venture (JV) between India's Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) and steel entrepreneur Lakshmi Mittal, has won the offshore block NCMA-2 in Trinidad and Tobago (T&T).
