March Deadline For Mexico Oil Reform Initiative

The Mexican government plans by the end of March to unveil an initiative to open the state oil industry to foreign and private investment, according to energy minister Georgina Kessel. A bill will then be submitted to congress later in the year, she said during a television interview.
