Woodside Evaluates LNG Expansion

Australian independent oil and gas producer Woodside Petroleum is set to respond to soaring global demand by expanding a major liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility. The company aims by the year-end to approve Pluto 2, an addition to the AUD12bn (US$11bn) first-phase project that will exploit gas from fields off north-western Australia.
