Petrobras May Acquire ExxonMobil's Retail Interests

The Brazilian fuels retailing assets of US-based oil major ExxonMobil could be acquired by national oil company Petróleo Brasileiro (Petrobras) as part of the state-controlled group's strategy to build market share through expansion of its distribution network.
