Japan Backs Vietnamese Refinery Plans
April 2008 | Industry NewsJapan's Idemitsu Kosan and Mitsui Chemicals will join Kuwait Petroleum International (KPI) and state-owned PetroVietnam to build a JPY600bn oil refining and petrochemicals complex due for completion in 2013.
