Chevron Bids For Mexican Energy Role
April 2008 | Industry NewsUS-based integrated oil and gas group Chevron has submitted proposals to exploit hydrocarbons reserves in Mexico, in spite of the country's constitution which currently precludes foreign ownership of upstream oil rights.
