35 Companies Published On Baghdad's Shortlist

The Iraqi oil ministry has published a shortlist of 35 international companies that have been selected to participate in the country's first licensing round for oil and gas contracts. The deals on offer will be two-year technical support agreements (TSAs) and will operate under the provisions of the draft Iraqi national oil law, which has not been approved by the country's parliament and is subject to intense political dispute.
