Tymoshenko Earmarks Vanco Field For Naftogaz

Having announced the cancellation of US independent Vanco International's exploration and development licence for the Prykerchensky block in the Black Sea, Ukraine's Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has said she plans to award rights over the block to state-controlled Naftogaz Ukrainy.
