Bulgaria And Azerbaijan Sign Preliminary Gas Deal

Energy ministers from Bulgaria and Azerbaijan have signed a Protocol of Intentions in Baku over the supply of Azeri gas to Bulgaria. The agreement provides for a contract between Bulgarian gas company Bulgargaz and Azeri state company GNKAR for the supply of 1bn cubic metres (bcm) per year.
