Eni Acquires Tullow's Shares In Hewett Unit Gas Fields And Bacton Terminal

Anglo-Irish Tullow Oil has sold its 51.69% majority stake in the Hewett Unit gas fields and associated infrastructure, which are located in the UK's section of the North Sea, to Italy's Eni for GBP210mn (US$411mn).
