Saudi To Boost Output - But Will It Be Enough?

Saudi Arabia has announced that it will boost output to 9.7mn barrels per day (b/d) in July. This would represent a rise of 550,000b/d since April and would increase Saudi's production to the highest monthly rate since August 1981, according to the Energy Information Administration (EIA).
