ONGC Discovers Oilfield At Farsi Block

India's leading upstream exploration company Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has discovered an oilfield on its Farsi Block in south-west Iran, according to an Iranian official. ONGC has sought to build an international asset base, to offset falling domestic production, through its foreign investment arm ONGC Videsh Ltd (OVL).
