OVL Likely To Receive Farsi Development Rights

Iran is likely to award the development rights of the gas find at the Farsi Block to an Indian consortium led by ONGC Videsh Ltd (OVL), according to Iranian oil minister Gholam Hossein Nozari, speaking at the sidelines of the 19th World Petroleum Congress in Madrid.
