COSL To Buy Awilco in US$2.5bn Deal
July 2008 | Industry NewsChina Oilfield Services Ltd (COSL), the offshore oil services arm of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNC), has agreed to buy Norwegian driller Awilco Offshore in a deal which will significantly boost COSL's drilling capacity and add scope for further international expansion.
