JOGMEC Looks To The Orinoco
July 2008 | Industry NewsJapanese state-run Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation (JOGMEC) is expected to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Venezuelan state-owned oil company Petróleos de Venezuela (PdVSA) to jointly explore for oil sand deposits near the Orinoco River.
