Providence Resources And Star Energy Receive LO 08/2
August 2008 | Industry NewsLondon and Dublin listed Providence Resources and Star Energy, a subsidiary of Malaysia's state-owned Petronas, have been awarded a three-year Licensing Option (LO) in the Kish Bank Basin offshore Ireland.
