Iraq To Ditch TSCs With Majors?
August 2008 | Contract NewsIraq may abandon plans to sign up to US$3bn worth of short-term technical service contracts (TSCs) with oil majors, according to a statement by Charles Ries, the co-ordinator for Iraq's economic transition at the US embassy in Baghdad.
