Somalia Signs Deal To Establish State Oil Company

Somalia's interim president, Abdullahi Yusuf, has signed an agreement with Salmiya-based independent Kuwait Energy Company (KEC) and Indonesia's PT Medco Energi Internasional to establish a state oil company in Somalia, according to KEC.
