Lula Looks At New Rules
August 2008 | Industry NewsBrazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva has said that government ministers will propose new rules to manage the country's recent discoveries in the subsalt region of the Santos Basin. Lula said that ministers will make the new proposals known by September 19.
