MOGE Teams Up With Russia's Nobel Oil
September 2008 | Contract NewsState-controlled Myanmar Oil and Gas Enterprise (MOGE) and Russia's Nobel Oil have signed a production sharing agreement (PSA) for the joint exploration of two onshore blocks in Myanmar.
