Kudrin Announces Oil Export Duty Reductions From October 1

The Russian government has announced plans to cut oil export duty from the planned US$485.5 per tonne, or about US$66.23 per barrel (bbl), to US$372 per tonne or around US$50.75/bbl as of the October 1, according to the country's finance minister Alexei Kudrin.
