IOCs and NOCs Sign MoUs With PdVSA For Offshore Gas Exploration

Venezuelan state-owned oil company Petróleos de Venezuela (PdVSA) has signed a series of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with international oil companies (IOCs) and national oil companies (NOCs) for the exploration and development of two areas, Blanquilla Est and Tortuga, offshore Venezuela.
